Just got my Xbox last week so I'm very interested in this list. I wish more people would contribute because I could use more recommendations - I'm not into any stealth or tactical shooters.

My 2 cents:
-Gears of War
-Orange Box
-Viva Pinata

I was almost going to put SW: The Force Unleashed but I think I like it more because I'm a Star Wars fan - the game is pretty repetitive. On the plus side you get to play as Darth Vader in the beginning.
