Homebrew Eshop spoof won't work

I have a 10.1.0-27U N3ds and I want to access the Eshop and I tried using Hans to spoof my firmware but I'm always told I need a system update. I've downloaded the latest version of Hans already. Is there another way I can try? Is there something I'm doing wrong with Hans? Any help is appreciated, thank you all.
