Hacking Error upgrading from 4.82 rebug to 4.83 ferrox (80029c75)

I'm trying to update the cfw to ferrox 4.83, because rebug is not available yet and i don't use all its features (i'm fine with a CEX ps3 and webman mod to use my game library through my nas). I copied the update file in my usb in PS3/UPDATE folder and renamed it to PS3UPDAT.PUP .
However, when I choose to update through usb, it gives me error 80029C75. How can I update?

Have you tried it from recovery mode?

After a quick format of the usb drive, it worked
