Error trying to convert Psyvariar 2 Ultimate Final with PS2-FPKG v0.6

This is the error i get

It's in bin/cue format. Not sure what any of the errors mean or what to do about them!

I've converted a few other ps2 games in iso format with this tool, never had any issue.

well, that first error can be caused by spaces mostly in the location name. the pronunciation.xml isn't needed. it's just the voice activation words for that particular game in case you want to use your voice instead of the controller. it's probably normal with a ps2 inject considering it's a nonexistent game.
