when trying to open animal crossing New Leaf this message pops up
"Error type: generic

Procces ID: 67115832

Address: 0x000005ea

Error code: 0x0000005e"

read about this problem on another thread and they mentioned NTR processes and NTR ran today before opening for the first time a new rom (magician's quest:mysterious time) for Twilight menu. And while transferring my sd card data to check the card. a file could not be moved, file is 00000000.app, is it an important file? because I don't want to lose my data
HELP I DON'T WANT TO LOSE MY 2 YEAR ANIMAL CROSSING TOWN AND IT DOESN'T APPEAR ON CHECKPOINT TO BACK UP

ok but is 00000000.app an important file? when moving my stuff it says its corrupted and don't want to lose data
APP files are contents of an CIA file. If you can't copy that file, that means whichever game, dlc, or update that it's from can't be saved. You will need to supply a clean replacement CIA for that title.

Edit - The save file of an game is separate (00000001.sav) or as extdata (ex: Minecraft and Monster Hunter series)

so I can dispose of it? also, checkpoint recognized the game (but it won boot same error) and could make a backup

Since that 00000000.app can't be copied, that means you need to find and install a replacement CIA for whichever title that file came from. Follow that post's instructions in ensuring your SD card is formatted correctly, free of hardware defects, and 3DS library checked & rebuilt to be free of data corruption.

ok I think I solved it, uninstaled the game from fbi, now that 00000000.app doesn't exist, copied the SD card content and analized the sd card with HWtest it says its ok.
Thanks for the help
