Hacking Error Code 009-4998 when redeeming theme/buying dlc?

Whenever I try to either load the theme shop download code entry (I bought a My Nintendo theme) or try to buy dlc on Fire Emblem Fates I get this error:

This usually happens when you installed a modified DLC and subsequently attempt to buy something legitimately. You'll need to uninstall the DLC.

Aha can't believe I didn't think of that.
Deleted custom theme data and my uhh.. illegitimate fates dlc and it's all okay now

Oh dear.
Now Fates dlc is giving a different error a little bit further down the loading (Theme shop is fine)

From what I dig up on this, it seems to be from an invalid CIA update or not deleting the ticket for the DLC.

Use FBI to uninstall the old ticket. Just fixed my theme shop's 009-4998 and 009-6106 with that.
Of course, you'll have to know the ticket number from the CIA first.

Do you know any way to get the ticket number?
I have the cia file available. (It's a pack of some dlc for fates)

Copy the CIA back to the SD card. Browse to it using FBI. Copy down the Title ID of the CIA. Find and uninstall it in Tickets
