Hacking error 1017????

when i try and install cios 249 either via internet or with the files on sd card i keep getting this error

it is really doing my head in now i have tried searching but cannot find a fix can any 1 help

my firmware is 3.3e

you have the 3.3v2 firmware, look at the stickies for the Oct23rd fix
