Ok guys, i thinks that is strange but when i try to play Kid Icarus Uprising, i have this message that i guess i have banned, so... It is forever? that remember me the last event when Nintendo Banned a lot of users with flashcard

I google it and i have a only request about this error

Have you every played online. If the answer is yes then they probably banned you for playing on different servers than where your 3ds is from. Try sticking to .cia only for your region. If the answer is no then we have a new Nintendo banning problem on our hands...

Yep, i load this game and when I try to play online, my 3DS send me the error .-. I load another game (SMB4) and i can play online without problem

Maybe then you arent banned. Don't play region-free or other-region games online. Easy ban for Nintendo...

This is rather weird since I play MHX online all the time and I'm still ok to play it.

I have a N3DS with 10.5U Emunand running on reiNand 3.1, I have Monster Hunter X Jap V10 English Patch with 1.2 Update, it's RF and I am not using proxies or anything and I've been able to play it without problems.

I guess he was just out of luck?

Maybe the patch for the RF do that u can play online anyway, this problem was solved, just install another CIA and we can play online again

I guess you just had to reinstall the cia... if I ever get banned I'll do the same xD Do you have a NNID attached to emuNand?

Nope, i don't have any NNID in my O3DS, but i can take access to eshop and miiverse, is very strange

Haha, pues creo que fue solo suerte. Creo que si banean tu consola en cuanto al acceso a la eshop, no importa que crees una nueva emunand, creo eso no se puede evitar.
