Hacking Error 001 with DKCR and Neogamma

Hello, i've been trying to play the new Donkey Kong Country Returns, and all i get is this 001 error.

I'm using an old modchip WiiKey Clone with 4.1U Waninkoko's and NeoGamma r7(cIOS 249 rev14). When i try to load with neogamma i got the 001 error. The last 2 games that i played was NSMB and Tatsunoko, removing the error 001 with WiiScrubber, but with DKCR i think its not possible !?

What can i do? Removing the chip is the last option, since its solded to the motherboard..
