Hacking ERRO CODE 157 -1104 WII U

I managed to change the region number of my wii u from 4 to 119, but some games didn't run so I went and changed it to 2, now I don't have access to any wii u menu.

can someone help me how can i enter the folder to return the unlock number to 119.

WHY WOULD YOU CHANGE IT to 2 if originally was 4? TF.

Congratulations you rendered your Wii U useless. It has been bricked and you can just keep it for parts.

This WiiU is irreparably damaged now. You can only repair it by replacing the whole motherboard i guess...with the same regioned one as yours. Region-codes exist for a reason btw. And you should never change to something you don´t even know.
