Hacking End user licence agreement.

I do not play online ever, it doesnt interest me so that part of it is no concern, i have no reason to access the Eshop either.
My concern is when a game asks for an "end user licence agreement"
Obviously this happens on most consoles regardless of format and I'm sure that the hack has safety measures in place to bypass any issues.
When you play a game for the first time it asks you to accept terms and conditions, I presume it's not an issue otherwise it would be more of a concern for the hackers,

And what's the problem now? What should be a problem for a hacker? And the end user licence agreement....who cares about it? No one reads that stuff. Don't worry about it.
