Hacking ELF TO RPX

I have been trying to convert an elf that I made to rpx so that it can be executed by the wii U but for more tools that I have used none has worked for me and I already tried to execute the elf by itself in homebrew launcher but it works, could someone help me please?

You cant just covert elf to rpx. The most reasonable way to produce an rpx file is to port your homebrew to WUT
