Homebrew .elf to .dol? How to do it.

So, I've been looking around...can't find a thing. Can anyone else me out here so I can get these .elf files to work?

    you could get a version with no cores installed, be small, then install only few cores. But if you low on storage on the stick, I wouldnt bother with retroarch, just install the stand alone emulators you want
