Homebrew Editing ISO Image to play with emulator.

I'm loving playing my Smash Bros Brawl on my Dolphin Emulator! Is there anyway to edit certain codes within the ISO image to change the way the game is played. I'm trying to change the group records stat keeping so it records cpu stats.
