Hacking eCFW on PSVita 3.60

I've read some guides that show how you can still install Adrenaline on a PSVita that doesn't have PSP game installed.

Does that trick still work because I can't seem to figure it out?!
I can't find the .RIF file and such...

If anybody can clarify please.

I don't know why it would've stopped working, and I think the Rif file is linked in that tutorial. Also there's two tutorials, the main one and the one on page 3. I'd suggest trying the one on page 3 since it sounds like it works better than than the original one.
