Look at how to run the kernel exploit, then check at how to dump the FSA layer from the disc (I lost track of the several apps that do the same thing ... PyGecko or something?).
This part gets you the game assets and stuff.

To get the RPL and RPX files (the game executables) you need an app called Dumpiine.

It's not the optimal way imo to dump games, if I were you I would wait for the upcoming IOSU exploit, which will probably let you dump the entire disc as one image (like the released .wud files).
