Yeah, it is. Dead pixels can't be fixed like this no matter what.


Another application that can do the same thing and a little more is DiagnoSe by spinal_cord.

dang it someone beat me to it but just use that instead it does this and other things too so use it instead

Wouldn't black dots be dead pixels then, while ones that stay on some odd colour be stuck pixels?
