I can't launch shortcuts either. When I turn off Auto Patching, and then launch an NDS file from DSOrganize 3.1129 or DSOrganize 3.2, it freezes at the first frame. BTW, I have a black R4 with the latest R4 SDHC v1.25 kernel. Plus, the R4 has auto patching in it's firmware, I guess that's the problem, although my NDS file is just Fine afterwords, but how do I fix this problem!

What? I really don't understand what you just said. I believe you are not being grammatically correct. Are you saying that this problem can't be fixed?

The .nds launcher is meant for homebrew, but it just doesn't work most of the time. If you're running certain devices, with the right files DLDI-patched, using a certain launching method, you may get some titles to work. Honestly though I've never found a tried-and-true method of reliably launching files from DSO on my Supercard miniSD.

You'd be better off just using your cart's main menu.
