Gaming DSi Ware Games?

Is it possible to dump a DSi Ware game, DLDI patch it, and play it on a DS Lite/Phat flash cart? And I mean for the DSiWare that don't use the cameras.

DSi Ware is DSi Ware! Not homebrew! So no.

What about altering the file so we can share them with friends via sd card?

If you search the forums you'll find there is no so simple, first the keys must be cracked to let the file be recognized by other DSi
