Hacking DS Lite R4 Loading Message

Hello, guys. I bought a Ds Lite today and it came along with an R4 Card, everything was working fine, but then i downloaded some roms on the internet and put theminto the SD Card folder. After i did that, everytime i try to start the R4 It freezes with a loading message. Then i tried to format the sd card and install some folders i saw on some youtube videos but didn't work either. I uploaded some photos of the situation. Does anyone know how to fix that?

Using folders from some random Youtube video probably will not work, no.

I would suggest RetroGameFan's thread, but Amaze3DS is not listed there.

thank you very much for the help, guys! I downloaded the kernel you sent me and put into the SD card, but unfortunately it still freezes in the loading screen . I really do not understand why that's happening since i was playing with the r4 until yesterday
Is there another solution or my R4 is dead?

Maybe try a different sd card

How big is the SD card, and what did you do to format it?

If you formatted it as exFAT instead of FAT32, it will probably not work. (If it's a 2 GB card, you might even need FAT16.)

Btw i had that problem on my old m3 card. Some of these old cards seem to not support micro sdhc cards, so try a micro sd card which is 2gb or lower

@enzof123, for old DS flashcart models, you may need to use R4 Stage2 TWL Flashcart Launcher(s) or NTR Launcher.
