Since they are never for sale, would asking for them be against the rules? I mean, you can't buy them... just asking... not asking for the ROMS... just asking if asking for them would be a bad idea... I'm going to be around a lot of DS users this weekend, and thought if I could load some on my G6, people might like that...

If it's against the rules, sorry... I think it's in the grey area, but I thought I'd ask anyway!

Well they technically are demos and legal. However, when dumped you include the ROM code in which is illegal.
Feel free to correct me

I have a site where I download all my ROMs... but have never seen a Download Station being offered...

just wondering if any of them other than 1 were out there, and if it were ok to ask for them here...

I came past the download station roms in a newsgroup (dutch usenet-clone-thing).
But, I think you can look for them on t0rr3nt sitez

Download station roms do exist. As the real download stations inside shops simply contain 3 Nintendo DS's playing the "DS Volume x" cartridge and are constantly in download play broadcasting mode.

They do exist, but to untilise any of them, you'll need 2 ds's. One broadcasting, and the other connecting to the broadcaster. I used to have one of the roms, but I think i took it off my flashcart, due to it being pointless unless a friend was around.

Some of them had the demos extracted. That's how everyone had the Ninja Gaiden demo on their flash cards.
