Homebrew DS Cart Boot Through Ninjhax. Is it possible?

I know there exists a .cia file which unblocks some ds flashcarts that used to work with the 3DS, but I was wondering if it's possible that a homebrew app can be created which bypasses ID checks on the DS cart and forces the 3DS to boot the cart?

Ninjhax is loaded from sysnand, so you'll spare time by just loading your DS cart directly in sysnand instead of loading Ninjhax

TWL_FIRM checks the whitelist in addition to home, so no way around flashcart blocks without installing a .cia unfortunately.
