Hacking Dragon Quest Swords NTSC on PAL?

I've used the Trucha Signer before but I followed a guide to do SSBB and I don't really know how to use it. Someone said using Trucha Signer and the Video Changer let them play this on their PAL wii, can someone direct me to a guide or an explanation on how to do this?

Haven't been up to date with the wii stuff, hadn't played a new game in months til I got SSBB so I missed out all the stuff in between that..

I bought this game on import, and I really enjoyed it.

Found a great place to buy from in LA ... the guy charges me next to nothing ... £16 each for new, sealed Wii games ... and that includes postage to the UK ... and the games arrive in about 4 working days.
