Homebrew Download link for YS Menu?

I can't find a DL link for the YS menu, can someone give me a link/installation instructions?

Also, does anyone know if someone is working on a video chat homebrew for the dsi? Like something that could connect to a computer like MSN or Skype? That'd be cool

As for the DSi video chat homebrew, we have to get homebrew on a DSi without booting it into DS mode first. At the moment, the only way to run homebrew is using a DSi specific flash cart, but all that does is bypass the DSi security to boot in DS mode, kinda like booting a GBA flash cart in a DS > No new functionality e.g. SD Card access, Camera etc. Hopefully it will be hacked to allow us to run DSi specific homebrew, but until then, a video chat app is out of the question.
