Homebrew Downgrade Questions (10.3 N3DS)

So I heard that safesysupdater is not the best option
and people say that the new sysupdater is 10.4> only
so now I am so confused what is the best option for downgrading a N3DS on 10.3?
I don't want to have to use my Lab Rat O3DS everyday anymore

Go with regular sysupdater.
Just make sure your update files hashes are correct.
