Hacking Downgrade 9.2 to 4.5 with gateway

Hi is it possible to downgrade a 9.2 3ds to 4.5 with gateway, is it easier, because all the tutorials i've seen here work without gateway and they seem complicated

    If your throat closes, putting oxygen in your mouth will not solve anything - as you will be introducing oxygen prior to the area of obstruction
