Homebrew Doubts about installing A9LH

Some time ago, I followed Plailect's Guide to set up A9LH but stopped at creating the Emunand. Since then I've messed around a lot with my 3DS including patching TWL_firm and AGB_firm, but now I want to install A9LH and I read somewhere that I need to make my Emunand as clean as possible to the downgrade. Can I check what titles I messed on the Nand? Or is there a way to Install a clean Emunand and then downgrade? Also is there anything more I should be aware of before installing A9LH?

1: don't use emunand use Rednand
2: never had a problem installing a9lh on modded twl and agb could vary though.
3: just follow the guide take your time and do everything as stated.
