Hacking Doubt with 11.8

Hi guys!
I have a doubt with this update.
So, for what i know now, the new-features added on this update aren't activated serverside, so if i install the tickets before these new features are activated serverside i can redownload the the games for eShop or freShop? I got banned if i download from eShop?

The new features are activated, else 11.8 wouldn't be able to download titles; it's the old way (which happens to be the only one that can be used by most title-downloading homebrew) that is still allowed, and may or may not be blocked in the future

Any "ban risk" is just speculation, currently

still, i would be weary of using freeshop to install cias directly on the 3ds. Just use that other program that downloads them to your pc, host them with a little http server (or upload them somewhere yourself) and use a website like goqr.me or something similar to generate a QR code that way you can use FBI's remote install feature to install them to your 3ds.
