As far as I know, you need to enable them as a Doodle Viewer in order for them to read the note. At least I had to.

Not true at all. When I was sending notes I never had to have someone add me as a doodle viewer. I even tested by sending between my emunand and sysnand and had no problems.

that's what I want to believe, that it takes a bit of time to get any note from friends.

From what I've seen the last several pages seem to indicate no one is receiving them. Though I was lazy and skimmed the pages, but I couldn't find any recent successful sends

Weird because no one received my Doodlebombs until I made them a Doodle Viewer. Doesn't matter now, no one gets my Doodlebombs anymore, period.

It's certainly strange. Perhaps Nintendo is blocking notes with specific content from people sending many of them? No clue what their capabilities are. Or maybe we're just unlucky for whatever reason. Either way, I'm sure there will be more exploits soon enough, if this one doesn't work out

IKR, I updated without researching if it was safe to do it x.x, my god if I knew this and about the doodle bomb, I would have just generate my own, but oh well, let's just hope we get our notes soon or at least wait for another safe way to access HBL

So strangeme and my bro are exchanging normal letters but not one of us recieve each others note even the spotpass check really strange...
