"Don't run the Environment loader twice"

So, I just booted up my Wii U for the first time in a year -- and my theme wasn't working. So I went to the Health and Safety Information to try and reboot my Tiramisu, and I got the messsage "Don't run the Environment Loader twice" and I am stuck on this screen. I am scared to death to reboot my console or press anything. How do I get out of this screen?

Edit: When I loaded Mii Maker, the homebrew loader doesn't boot and it's just Normal Mii Maker. How do I fix this?

Edit 2: Nevermind, booting up HASI works fine.

lol it wont get bricked, you can turn it off and turn it back on, its just a scary way of telling you that you already are in tiramisu

But now when I open Mii maker it doesn't load the Homebrew Launcher.

if it’s a black screen, try to replace the payload files, just the files that ARE the homebrew launcher
