Hacking Dols don't load from Preloader?

The only DOL files that I can get to work from Preloader are the HBC installer and ATD512. Is there any reason for this?

i noticed that too. most dols just crash
but there is a dol forwarder that works, it will then load a boot.dol from sd

I got backup launcher gamma loading on Preloader.

I got CrazyIntro up and running on Preloader.
