As a Linux and Dolphin(emulator) user, I found it difficult to switch versions to anything but the most recent release if I simply wanted to, or if I needed to for netplay. So i wrote a script to do so. Some other features include:
1. Updating to any version specified, or specified with commit hash(or just to the most recent dev or beta version)
2. Can return current local version and if there's a new beta release not currently being used
3. Can return associated version of most recent dev or beta release, or of ANY COMMIT HASH recorded on the official website
3. Can return associated commit hash of most recent dev or beta release, or of ANY VERSION recorded on the official website
This seemed pretty good to me, but are there any other features anybody thinks should be added?
