Dolphin and GBA connectivity with another device

I know Dolphin supports GBA connectivity with mGBA emulator

I am playing dolphin on my main PC on TV screen and I have an Anbernic RG35XXSP device running mGBA

And it would be awesome if I could use this device as GBA with dolphin?
Any way to do that ?

As far as I know, no. The emulators have to be on the same device
