can't say for sure, wear (and its marks) usually is a good sign, looks authentic, but ask for a picture of its back to make sure.
either way it has authentic in the title, and the price is ok, which probably you will not have issues getting your money back in case its a fake

PS: the seller has really great feedback

It's hard to tell with 256 sold. As long as it looks real once you get it.
Don't be surprised if the label is missing and the battery is dead.

The picture is pretty bad you need a better picture of the cart all real authentic GBA games have a number and a letter in the label itself.
