Gaming Does the eShop have midnight releases?

Well, you might be right, but still, it's a feast day and therefore I believe, that they'll publish it even trough eShop.

As far as I know, the decision to release the game a day earlier in Spain, wasn't even Nintendo's, it's the shops that decided to do it. They could very well have decided to do the opposite, but since people would complain, they didn't. So yeah, I don't think the ehop will release it earlier.

Another thing, lots of countries have national holidays but the stores don't close, usually stores are still open even during Christimas and Easter (to name some important days), in this day and age, it doesn't make sense for all stores to close.
