Homebrew Does Menuhax not work on N3DS or something?

I'm trying to run the Homebrew Channel to downgrade my 10.0 N3DS to 9.2, but I can't get the exploit to work. I've downloaded the files, double checked they're set up correctly, and I'm pressing L when booting the console on but nothing happens. I can't use Browserhax since it asks me to upgrade and I don't have Ninja or IronFall.

Works fine for me. Try using Themehax 1.3.

uhh.. you need to actually INSTALL menuhax? so you need to have another entrypoint first. If you're at 10.0, update to 10.3, then use browserhax, or use OOTHax or Ninjhax if you have the carts.
