Hi,
Just discovering Mega Man Star Force Legacy collection that seems to be a collection of NDS games (having never owned an NDS and not a mega man fan to begin with, I had no idea these games even existed). In game, pressing the ZL button dynamically swaps between top and bottom screens of the NDS. I'm wondering this is a recompilation of these games to run on the switch or if there might be some underlying NDS emulator embedded in this switch release, which might be salvageable to run other NDS games. Since there is no NDS NSO, this might be a first.

Definitely not a first as a few games probably use the same thing... Castlevania, Ace Attorney iirc.

Knowing the ninjas its probably crap anyway. Use MelonDS or Retroarch.

Probably, the Battle Network Legacy Collection was emulated all the same, no reason why the Star Force one wouldn't be.

Pretty sure Ace Attorney Trilogy is an actual port, can't speak on the Investigations or Apollo Justice collections, tho.
