Hardware Does anybody know what happened here?

So, I was burning a DVD earlier with an image of Windows 7, and suddenly it failed. Got the DVD out of the laptop, and there are some very strange black circles on the disc, that weren't there before. The dvd is also completely dead now. Anybody know what happened here? it's how it looks after you have burned a dvd(in most cases). could also be something else

No, I burned another disc now with the same laptop and it's working fine.


Still wondering what happened to the other disc that's now completely dead. The new disc I burned doesnt have those black circles

Looks like a rewritable DVD.
Try running it through imgburn again on another pc.
