I'm not sure what's happening here, but for some reason, docker keeps saying "failed to initialize" at startup. this is the only time it does it. should I delay it opening with a bat file? that's what I think the issue is, but it only started doing this over the past couple months. uninstalling/reinstalling doesn't work nor does deleting the appdata folders. not sure what else to try.
