Hacking Do I need to downgrade before installing rev 7?

I have Waninkoko's CIOS rev 6 installed now.

Do I need to downgrade it before I install rev 7? or can I just install over the top of rev 6?

you can just install rev7 over it, as long as you didnt update after the 23rd of october
