Hacking Do certain SD cards have issues with neek2o

I recently switched to a smaller 32GB MicroSD Card, and I am now having issues with certain VC games like the Minish Cap (an injection). I originally had a 128GB MicroSD. Should I get a new card or did I screw up transferring. Because USBLoader GX says NEEK and not neek2o.

I think neek2o works with neek being selected. that's how I have it on my wii u. two games are in that emunand: castlevania adventure rebirth and valis 2. without neek2o, valis 2 goes to a black screen after the opening movie. I don't know about the sd card. I'm using a 256GB full sd with the wii u, but I have neek2o nands on an external hdd.

I was never able to get UNEEK to work for whatever reason, I suspect it's because I have mine split between a FAT32 partition and NTFS partition

not sure. I only have one partition on mine. I've tried uneek and sneek on the wii, but I've never tried neek2o on it (only on the wii u). the sd card on my system is just for nintendont really.
