Essentially, something similar to the Language Emulation Plugin for NTR or what the Luna CFW permits on the Nintendo 3DS. There's one game I'd like to play in French, and another I'd like to play in English, but I don't want to have to keep switching system language (mostly because it takes so long). If there is anything that can be done to load a game in another language at this point, particularly on 5.1.1, I'd be most grateful to anybody who may shed light on this.
To clarify, I'm not interested in using Loadiine. I already have these games on my sysnand, legally purchased from the eShop.
