Homebrew DLC on Hax 2.5 ?

Its my first post here in gbatemp and i have a question.
1. i have a EUR N3DS XL and i have a US SSB4 game... Can i buy DLC on eshop with Hax 2.5??

2. have a EUR N3DS XL and i have a US MH4U game... Can i download the monthly DLC on eshop with Hax 2.5??

1. Maybe.
2. MH4U isn't using the eshop... It's not the same type of DLC that SSB4.

Methinks if you launch SSB with Hans and also spoof your fw, you will able to access dlc shop and make purchases

i tried it on my jap 3ds and i have english smash bros cart it doesnt work for the update of the game

I tired it with SMT IV and it doesn't work...I hope it gets fixed....
