Hacking Diskwriter not booting up.

The thing just... Doesn't open. It doesn't even give me an error message or anything, it just refuses to open up. If I try to run it as administrator it appears as if my computres is loading something up and then... Nothing.
I don't remember if I've used it since I upgraded to Windows 10... Does diskwriter have problems with Windows 10? I couldn't find anything about it with my google-fu.

That... Gives me an error whenever I try to use it (0x80010105) since a while ago, tried to fix it to no avail.
