Disaster: Day of Crisis, a game that was announced for July in Japan, is officially delayed indefinitely.
According to the developer, Monolith Soft, the reason for the delay is "lengthen the development process to improve the quality of the product"

Well.. if it turns out to be good.. I don't care about a delay..

ME neither. This actually gives me hopes that they're pushing it to be its best and trying not to add to the hordes of "shovelware" as its been dubbed on forums, that already plagues* the DS

*This of course depends on who you ask...

Well, I'm not sure how a game in limbo getting delayed is news

, but if that's truly Monolith's reasoning behind delaying the game, I'm cool with that. Better than them saying Nintendo is no longer interested in publishing the game.

It did have an actual date for Japan so it wasn't exactly in limbo.

I reckon the delay is more to do with what has been going on in China & Burma but I do hope they can maybe polish it up even more.

Also an intern who was working on Project H.A.M.M.E.R. is saying that that game is back in development.

I haven't thought about that.. but, indeed.. that could be bad for the sales of the game..

Hope Project HAMMER comes back.. that would mean that we got a lot of "mature" Wii games coming (Disaster, Mad World, Sadness, The Conduit, etc.. )
