Please help.I set the DNS 212.47.229.76 as instructed but I have a problem when I want to turn on connten .... Manager wants to update me on ver.3.69 now i have 3.68.Vita constantly requires update to version 3.69.If I shut down Wifi so still it offers updates to the latest firmware and does not let me go further. I have reset everything to the factory settings and it's still the same. I do not even get into the PS Store because it still requires update to 3.69.

I do not know how far

Try this, go into flight mode with the PS Vita then powered off and powered back on. Plugged the USB into the PC and ran content manager on the VITA and hopefully it will connect to the PC without asking you to update.

If the above didn't work you can also try this:
1.Open Qcma
2.Go to other (advanced Settings).
3.On "Use this version for updates" use "Custom"
4.On "Custom ps vita version" input this "03.690.000" and then OK
5.Now restart(quit) your Qcma and re-open it again. and then try to connect your ps vita. Should be fine.

Im guessing youre doing the old hacking Vita method with QCMA. I aswell had some issues with the DNS and after a buttload of searching I found out that you actually dont need it.
All you have to do is link a PSN account to the Vita and thats it. You can create on online and link it to your Vita at the initialization intro when you restore the device.

After you link the account you can follow these instructions on how to use the finalhe app which automatically does everything for you h-encore wise.
