Wanted to share with those of you out there a way to disable app updates. As a bonus I found this because I found Sony's fallout 4 mandatory update bricked my game.... Stuck in a boot loop.
Well using the hen I enabled the debug settings and used that to selectively delete just the apps temp data. To fix that but then it would find the update right away and brick it again...
Once the apps temp data is gone you need to block all app updates to stop it from happening again. To do so you can simply
1 go to settings
a. Debug settings
b. Playstation Network
c. Change "NP Environment" setting from np to invalid
Reboot and run the hen try your game and you will find it once again works
(This was the method I used to fix it at least.) I also found that using the update blocked DNS will do the same.
