I just tried to download DM2.10 for real NAND, as linked in google code page.
It links to http://uploaded.net/file/i4o4o84r
filename is correctly : DIOSMIOS_2.10.rar, 3,26 MB, picked free download, wait 30sec, input the anti-bot code, downloaded the file correctly and it's not a 1KB rar.

I used that same link at uploaded.net and it tried to install an ad toolbar or extension or something. My antivirus might have prevented it from downloading but I don't like that it even tried to do something like that. It would be good to host the files in a better way.

Well, uploaded.to uses LOTS of popups and advertizing. Are you sure you didn't click on a fake download button in the ad just above the real download buttons?

If you DID click on the right/real download button, maybe you need to take that antivirus and do a DEEP/THOROUGH virus purging of your hard drive because you might have some nasty little malware redirecting your downloads to something else ... something that your antivirus is overlooking.

I'm not sure why you guys are having trouble with that link. It's the exact same DM file I downloaded from the same link on 5/25.
Perhaps like Maxternal said, maybe it was a fake link AKA ad link, or one in the popup window? Perhaps try running adblock+ if you're not already.
Either way, the file and site is fine, or at least it was for me a few minutes ago. Sometimes uploaded.to has really bad DL speed but for 3.26MB, that can surely be downloaded within reason.
Anyway, try again. :)

If you use a manager like jDownloader to handle the link, you won't have to worry about finding the correct download button.

Is there a way to use NMM when a memcard is inserted? I hate having to get up and un/insert it depending on which games work with it.

I don't know if NMM (installed as BC) was also detecting the memory card or if it was always saving to SD.
You could try installing NMM and DM (not DML) at the same time. (yeah, it's probably a bad idea, but you'll know only if you try. do not enable NMM settings, as it's done by BC, and don't use an SD card with important data on it).

Wait, what? NMM is a feature of DM. What do you mean install NMM?

NMM, before being a feature of DM/DML, was a stand alone feature added to retail game launching.
It's a patched BC, and it redirected saves from card to SD when you launched a game from the Disc channel.

When Crediar released DIOS MIOS Lite, he included it into MIOS as an option, instead of a forced feature into BC.

there's no fix. You are not supposed to see the "screen filling" buffer which occurs offscreen.
The hack makes the screen display that buffer, so you see the filling/disappearing effect. it's like that for a lot of games.

Well, too bad, but anyway, thanks a lot

I tried playing The Simpsons Road Rage yesterday but the game keeps crashing every now and then with a loud noise, similar to how Billy Hatcher used to crash before Crediar fixed it, can anyone confirm this issue? Is there any settings to get around it? I'd try installing DM(L) 2.5 but I don't have it anymore, I know it was a stupid move to delete it.

I just tested The Simpsons Road Rage with DM 2.5 and I played for like half an hour with no issues, guess that's another game broke with 2.6+
