Hacking Dios Mios 2.10 PROBLEM!!!

Ok so my Wii has no SD card slot its unrepairable so I've been working around it. i have USB loader GX 30 r1215 and Dios Mios 2.10 and i can only use my USB hdd. My hdd has only one partition and its FAT32 and a cluster size of 32kbs. I either one of two things a black screen that hangs or apploader size error. Can anyone help?
