Gaming Digital content transfer ?

I have the last of us remastered digital copy on one ps4 but want to transfer it to our other ps4 , basically from one account to another is this possible ?

Deactivate your PS4 and activate your account in the other PS4

EDIT: Transferring a game from an account to another isn't possible.

As Yepi said, transferring a game between accounts isn't possible, but you can always just activate your account on another PS4 and install the game. Games are tied to the account, so you can install it on any PS4 you want (as long as you activate/deactivate between switching).
